Circles Of Colour crayfish this painting is an original

this painting is an original artwork

Mid morning in spring time at Burgess Beach Forster

an amber orb hanging in the sky

the close-focus perspective allows me to explore the poppy's hidden architecture without rushing: the slight curl of a petal

watching those in the room around her and contemplating what the evening might bring

Circles Of Colour crayfish this painting is an originalThis painting is an extension of a series that just came to me through playing with paint and colour. Easy to get lost and carried away with these paintings, but eventually I run out of colours! This small series of paintings do resemble aboriginal designs, however that is not my intention. I am simply painting what I feel at the time.
