Based loosely on a photo taken in the fog at Peggy's Cove

The painted image does extend on all sides visible

The background shimmers with a pearlescent texture

Aftermath is a confronting portrait series that explores the psychological residue of catastrophe rather than the event itself

The Exhale that Waits Ahead be unique Based loosely on a photo"A visual breath, this new intuitive artwork is inspired by the quiet anticipation of journeys we take toward places that soothe and restore, heal and bring hope in this case, the coast. Theres an emotional pull I feel when Im away from the coast too long. Its a beckoning call I cant ignore, and so soon enough, Ill once again find myself travelling these quiet winding roads through lush countrysideanticipation building for the exhale that waits ahead.
