All grains for their Spirits are sourced from two organic farms in Eastern Washington. Once the ingredients arrive at the distillery, they are milled and mashed before being distilled through Kirby's copper pot still. This incredible Oola Waitsburg Bourbon is a grain medley of approximately 65% corn, 25% rye, 13% malted barley and 12%
