2016 Yunnan Sourcing Ku Zhu Shan Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake $0.50-$0.599/g The brewed tea is thick

The brewed tea is thick and sweet with bitterness that fades and transforms into something cooling and lubricating in the mouth and throat

The tea is tippy and healthy and is covered with downy silver fur

because of their red color

There was only batch produced (1501) and it quickly became popular amongst Da Yi collectors due to it's unique taste and powerful aroma

I like red on pu-erh wrappers better

Ku Zhu mountain tea is strong and is much more bitter than their sweeter Yang Ta (another Jing Gu area) counterpart. The taste is something a marriage between Jing Gu and Mengku teas, but entirely unique. From 100+ year old tea trees growing naturally. A premium wild arbor tea with excellent aging possibilities! 400
