LumberJack Size:8 oz Serves 2–3LumberJack is our homage to the California original: Monterey Jack. Cave aged for two months creating a flavorful natural rind, this cow's milk cheese moves beyond the grocery store standard, offering a mild, milky profile with sophisticated grassy undertones. It honors the long tradition of Jack cheese production along the Central Coast.
