Organic Matcha | Ceremonial Matcha 40g 6 Culinary matcha is characterised byOur organic matcha is certified by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards of Organic Products) and is cultivated without the use of pesticides or traditional fertilisers. It is said to be a difficult task to produce high quality organic matcha, however our matcha has the perfect balance between moderate astringency and a soft sweetness with a lingering umami aftertaste. We recommend this matcha for traditional tea use, cold brew and matcha lattes.
