2019 Barolo, Paolo Scavino, Piedmont, Italy Newly Published cedar box and camphorPaolo Scavino is a historic winery in Italys Barolo region. Founded in 1921, it is now run by Enrico Scavino, who has focused his efforts on demonstrating the differences that each of his sites can have on the Nebbiolo grape. The 2019 Barolo is rife with fresh rose aromas, alongside sliced strawberry and citrus; its full bodied, with linear, tight tannins and a mineral tinged finish.
