Horst Sauer, Scheurebe Spätlese, 2022 Biodynamic A classic Chardonnay from Southern'One Liner' A beautifully aromatic German white with exotic fruit, lively acidity and a gently off dry finish. Tasting Note Pale straw in the glass. The nose is expressive and lifted, with melon, grapefruit, elderflower and exotic fruit. On the palate there is clear sweetness, but it is carried very well by bright, fresh acidity, so the wine feels lively rather than heavy. Juicy, fragrant and full of charm.
