Gavalas Winery, Posta Region_Chianti This beautifully craftedBlend: Posta is a white wine blending Assyrtiko (from young vines in Megalochori) and Monemvasia grapes (from Paros Island). Characteristics: It exhibits aromas of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, with a medium body, medium acidity, and a refreshing aftertaste. Pairing: Recommended with salads, pasta, or fish. Maturity: Matured with fine lees for 3 to 4 months in stainless steel vats.
