The overcast conditions this morning provided a great backdrop for the iceberg and exploring on the waters of Hall Bredning

By being low to the ground the footprints leading towards the building became my central focus to place the viewer in the scene itself and lead them towards the decorated City and County Building

This different look might even match the different views you will find on the piece as well by artist Jonathan Borofsky

which starts at the northwest corner of Juneau International Airport

The water would come up to and past the rock and then recede back to the ocean

Birds at Sloans Lake Presentation:Print Only The overcast conditions this morningI have captured sunrise over Denver from Sloans Lake many times. On this morning with the difference in temperature between the water and the air steam formed right at sunrise but soon burned off as the sun climbed in the sky. Just as I was about to leave this location, a flock of birds flew into the frame for a few seconds which I was able to capture.
