Crafted from pressed glass, it features a bust of a soldier with the US flag, the American Eagle and a shield under the spout, and a famous quote to celebrate the win of Manila Bar during the Spanish American War. The top edge is beaded while the bottom edge features bullets, and the list of his ships is inscribed on the side. Measures: 9"
