Mortlach 'Gordon & MacPhail' 1961/58YO Single Malt 700ml - Private Collection Japanese lingering warm on toasted chestnuts

lingering warm on toasted chestnuts

Bin 28 offers a showcase of warm-climate Australian Shiraz – ripe

Nose - Rich and sweet with fruity notes of tangy orange

following a 2024/2025 rebrand that retired the previous "Parliament" name in favour of a cleaner age-statement identity (the liquid itself is unchanged)

Sweetish and minty smell overall with traces of coriander and cubeb

Founded in 1823 and the first distillery to be built in Dufftown, it is regarded by many as the most complex and meaty spirit in all of Speyside, best suited to long maturation. Stephen Rankin
