Signature Dark Blend Style:Fine (espresso) An exceptional Ethiopia Harrar sourcedOur Master Roaster Jim created this dark roast blend with beans representing four different growing regions. Smooth, rich and satisfyingly complex, for a well rounded cup. Also makes a fine, rich espresso without the usual tangy acidity. This is the dark roast of our Signature Blend; see our Signature Light for a lighter roasted version.
