Tree in the Fall at Washington Park Size:8"x10" Thousands of people showed up

Thousands of people showed up for the free concert by the Colorado Symphony and fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day

As the ice touches the water you can always find some interesting textures

This image was taken around 8pm with a couple of hours of sunlight still remaining on this day

I first noticed this piece just after it was installed and made a point to go back and check it out when I was in the area again

The waterfall itself is 200 feet and with the shape of the rocks it is possible to walk behind the waterfall

Initially it was over fifteen years ago and during that time I have witnessed the branches grow and continue to fill the tree. on this fall morning I was able to recreate an earlier scene of. the tree with the lamp post positioned in a location in which it connects with the tree being a part of the scene.
