Ooni Karu 12 Bundle Cold Smoking Dust ❌ No getting smoked outThe Ooni Karu 12 is an unbelievable little oven that can fly up to temperature using just hardwood kindling, but a base of quality lumpwood charcoal will give you a far more relaxed cooking experience and you'll also use much less wood. Using our sustainable British charcoal you can hit 350C in your Ooni Karu 12 without adding any wood at all, then adding just a couple of sticks of hardwood kindling wood should boost you up to your target stone
