The acid is pronounced yet is in balance with the texture and the finish is lengthy and substantial due to the tannin derived from the juice solids and the framework of oak

This late-night expression is rich and autumnal

Gibbston Vineyard GV Collection Pinot Noir 2023 750ml LIQUEUR The acid is pronounced yetGibbston Vineyard GV Collection Pinot Noir 750ml "Blended from several subregions of Central Otago, the GV Collection Pinot Noir is a medium to full bodied wine imbued with scents of camphor, cedar, earth and dark fruit. Plums and black cherries feature prominently, but this is a largely savoury effort, a bit on the muscular, extracted side without going to excess, with ample length on the finish." Joe Czerwinski Consistent full red colour.
