The salt is a blend of hand harvested pure flake sea salt from the pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast, and a citrusy, aromatic Japanese pepper that balances a tingly heat with a bright finish. Sansho Salt is the first in a trio of limited edition finishing salts imagined by Jacobsen Salt Co. and Snow Peak, inspired by the seasons and the art of intention.
