Saumaize Michelin, Pouilly Fuisse 1er Cru Clos Sur La Roche 2022 750ML hidden The dedication of the brewersThe 2022 Pouilly Fuiss Sur La Roche 1er Cru has a complex bouquet with yellow fruit, touches of lemongrass and orange pith. Fine delineation once again. The palate is well balanced with a crisp line of acidity, edgy and minerally towards the finish with commendable sapidity. Very fine.
