Before the Calm landscape I love the rich colours'Before the Calm' is an original piece inspired by the rugged beauty of the Australian landscape. Robert Burns expressed it eloquently: "The wintry west extends his blast, And hail and rain does blaw; or the stormy north sends driving forth The blinding sleet and snaw." The feeling of wind in my hair and the freedom I experience from rugged natural beauty is awe inspiring. Layered acrylic on canvas. Blackened edge. Ready to hang (unframed). Your
