We require ID to verify you and reduce risk of fraudulent activities. We use REAL ID, a third party that encrypts your information from end to end. None of this information is stored, and we cannot access it. ID Verification typically takes just a minute to complete and is only required once.
At the moment, we accept both credit card payments and cryptocurrency. We’re actively working on expanding our payment options to offer more flexibility in the future.
All orders are discreetly packed with no way of seeing what is inside and processed within 1-2 full business days. We typically do next-day shipping on any orders placed before 5PM PST.

Shelf life is dependent on the type of product, but generally all products will last at least 6 months to 2 years if kept in a cool dark place at room temperature. If you’re worried about shelf-life, we recommend storing your products in a fridge or freezer to drastically increase shelf-life.
Most of our mushroom products are locally sourced but ultimately it depends on the brand and their source. That being said, we make sure that the brands we retail are using 100% organically grown mushrooms.
We ship all over the U.S. excluding the Virgin Islands and any APO/FPO address.
All orders are securely and discretely packed with no way of seeing what is inside and shipped via USPS.

In order to maintain a level of discretion, we do not accept any returns. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
