2023 Classic Mataro Red Cellaring for a few yearsMataro has been a part of the Baross's landscape since the 1830's and used mainly in the production of fortified wines. In more recent decades, Mataro has played a key supporting role in GSM blends to add depth, structure and savoury complexity. Yet Mataro is far more than a supporting act.
