Sedum Autumn Joy (Herbstfreude), 2L Art perfect for both displaying bakedSedum Autumn Joy (also known as Sedum Herbstfreude) is an upright form of Stonecrop, with succulent leaves, and wide clusters of salmon pink blooms from late summer.
