Tagaro, Pinataro Nero di Troia, 2023 Variant:DUTY PAID giving balance and a refreshingNero di Troia is known for its structure and depth and this example from Tagaro delivers, with plenty of dark berry fruit, hints of violet, and a touch of spice. On the palate, its smooth and generous, with ripe tannins, juicy black cherry and plum flavours, and a savoury edge that adds complexity. There's good balance between richness and freshness, making it a great match for grilled meats, pasta with ragu, or even a Friday night pizza.
