PARP9 Polyclonal Antibody, 20ul Cryogenic Vials Mutations in this gene have

Mutations in this gene have been shown to result in retinitis pigmentosa and Stargardt disease

Plays a role as inhibitor of T-cells proliferation induced by CD3

This enzyme has an important role in regulating amino acid-induced insulin secretion

2-methylacetoacetic acid

This is one of three closely related paralogous genes on chromosome 16 encoding secreted proteins containing C-type lectin domains

PARP9 Polyclonal Antibody, 20ul Cryogenic Vials Mutations in this gene haveCatalytic activity: NAD(+) + (ADP D ribosyl)(n) acceptor = nicotinamide + (ADP D ribosyl)(n+1) acceptor.,miscellaneous: Overexpressed at significantly higher levels in fatal high risk diffuse large B cell lymphomas (DLB CL) compared to cured low risk tumors. Overexpression in B cell lymphoma transfectants may promote malignant B cell migration.,Contains 1 PARP catalytic domain.,Contains 2 Macro domains.,subunit: Interacts with BBAP.,tissue
