The Casks of Lindores 2, Bourbon Casks 70cl Vin Jaune rounded palateTasting Note: Lindores limited edition bourbon is back and better than ever! With an extra year of maturation in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Putting single malts into Bourbon barrels gives a young whisky no place to hide, showing any fault that is there, so the balls that this distillery has to put this young whisky into such a cask have to be substantial and made of steel. And they haven't been found wanting. Showing purity, delicious orchard fruit
