New leaves pop up as curled or rolled up which lets you see the pinkish undersides of the leaves. Place in light shade and dappled light indoors. Its best to keep the soil continuously moist, but not wet. It likes humidity but you can also get away with misting it regularly. Try to use non fluoridated water.
