This listing is for a delightful raku chawan made around 20 30 years ago by Sasaki Shoraku III. It is hand turned and coated in caramel coloured ame yu glaze, and the front features a panel of white decorated with a hand painted depiction of a monkey reaching for a ripe persimmon. This piece sits well in the hand and has nice high sides for
