The palate is well balanced, showcasing dark berries with a savory undertone. A touch of spice and dried thyme enhances the fruit flavors. Fine tannins provide structure, contributing to a smooth flow and an impressive finish. TASTING NOTES: A pinot with dried strawberry, white pepper and slate character.
