c1900 Rare C.F. Monroe Wavecrest Green Flowers Hand Painted Dresser Jewelry Box large Medaille D'orPresented is a wonderful antique Wavecrest opalware glass dresser box, dating to circa 1890 1910. The box is beautifully hand painted with a delicate design of pink flowers on leafy branches, against a fresh green background. The mounts of the box are brass, in a reeded collar around the midpoint. This is an uncommonly large Wavecrest box, great as a dresser box or small jewelry box, rather than the smaller size trinket boxes more commonly available
