ER 80 will not crystalize, coagulate or plug spray tips in automated spray systems. Remove any ink residue and flush the screen with water. Dilute 1 part of ER 80 with 10 30 parts of water. Apply the product on the print side of the screen. Allow sufficient time to penetrate the coating, approximately 30 seconds.
