Matsuba Small Plate - Crafted By Yoshihei Kato Saga the handle plain: nothing onGlazed and fired by hand, this plate carries the quiet character of something made individually the surface not perfectly uniform, the rim shaped by a hand rather than a machine. It sits well on any table, with any food. Yoshihei Kato works in Gifu, Japan, forming and glazing each plate by hand. The rim is shaped individually, the surface finished with the table in mind a plate built to hold food well and to sit easily among others. Japanese ceramics
