The piece with the curtain rings has been added at a later date and has  less embroidery and a few rust marks on it

There is  a lot of fabric gathered in the waist band

This smaller size also looks lovely folded across the back of a sofa

Vintage Kantha Quilt 493 blind material 04m long (W54" x L80")Our vintage kantha quilts and throws are handmade in India from up cycled cotton saris. They can be used on the bed, as a sofa throw, in fact anywhere you want a bit of extra warmth and a splash of colour. Each piece is unique, so the size and the stitching detail can vary. Little patches and extra embroidery add character and charm. Each side of a vintage kantha is made from different fabric, the first five photos show one side of the quilt and the
