Salamandre Pruneaux a l'Armagnac (Prunes in Armagnac) 18% 1000ml Wine Italy White with a fresh lemony bouquetPrunes with armagnac are part of these traditional peasant recipes which, at the time, made it possible to preserve the surplus harvest. Made from slightly dried plums of Ente, the preparation of our prunes has remained artisanal: the flavor of the fruit is preserved, enhanced with a touch of armagnac, and slightly sweet. A natural recipe, a little treat to enjoy with your fingers at the end of a meal, or to slip into your dishes, sweet or savory.
