GDF-7 Polyclonal Antibody, 100ul[BT-AP03532] Inoculating Loops/Needles The expression of these transcripts

The expression of these transcripts is restricted to the salivary gland among the human tissues examined

This gene encodes a protein with a kinase-like domain and four ankyrin-like repeats

MIM 600307)| beta-2 (PSMB7

with preferential expression from the paternal allele

and they are inactive in the GDP-bound form and active in the GTP-bound form

GDF-7 Polyclonal Antibody, 100ul[BT-AP03532] Inoculating Loops/Needles The expression of these transcriptsGDF7 encodes a member of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) family. BMPs belong to the transforming growth factor beta superfamily of secreted signaling molecules that regulate diverse processes in growth, repair and embryonic development. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protein, which may play a role in the differentiation of tendon cells and spinal cord interneurons. A mutation in this gene may be
