Rich aromas of blackcurrant

This wine opens with rich plum and raspberry aromas followed by flavours of red fruit and a hint of smoky oak and vanilla

and then twice distilled in a copper pot still with pineapples

it is the increased age of the vineyards themselvesthat have given Cepparello its overall finesse

On the palate it is soft and easy-to-drink with silky tannin and a fresh finish
