Malthouse One West Colour:Raw Metal lockers stand open andSunlight cuts through the deteriorating roof of Malthouse One West, the southern of the two original malthouses at Mittagong Maltings. Malthouse 1 was the first structure built on the site in 1899, constructed by Stuart Brothers of Sydney using locally sourced bricks.
