Peeling paint and forgotten medical equipment sit inside one of the Kirkbride Complex's ten ward blocks

Bathroom Size:XS Blowers at MorwellFaded green tiles line the walls of a disused bathroom at Halvorsen's Boat Yard, rust stains marking where plumbing fixtures once stood. The room sits within the Putney complex that Lars Halvorsen Sons Pty Ltd built from 1939, a yard that employed some 350 workers at its wartime peak. Peeling paint and missing fittings are what remain. Part of the Halvorsen's Boat Yard series.
