FAK Polyclonal Antibody, 100ul[BT-AP03135] Reservoirs Two alternatively spliced transcript variants

Two alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been described for this gene

which includes intracellular glucose transporters

Belongs to the DMRT family

|tissue specificity:Widely expressed| with highest levels in spleen and lung

Diseases associated with ANO1 include frontal sinus squamous cell carcinoma and liver leiomyoma

FAK Polyclonal Antibody, 100ul[BT-AP03135] Reservoirs Two alternatively spliced transcript variantsPTK2 encodes a cytoplasmic protein tyrosine kinase which is found concentrated in the focal adhesions that form between cells growing in the presence of extracellular matrix constituents. Focal adhesion kinase 1 is a member of the FAK subfamily of protein tyrosine kinases but lacks significant sequence similarity to kinases from other subfamilies. Activation of this gene may be an important early step in cell growth and intracellular signal
