Mainova Tinto 2021 vihno verde the farming is certified-biodynamic (asBrbara Monteiro and the Mainova team are bottling some of the most vibrant and delicious wines from the Alentejo region in Portugal. Vines are planted on shale and granitic soils, harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously. This "tinto" rests in old french oak barrels for eight months.
