Porcine Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 1, PAI-1 ELISA Kit, 96T Filtration promotes the synthesis and release

promotes the synthesis and release of cytokines but impairs events leading to degranulation (PubMed: 2$458

The receptor encoded by this gene is expressed on natural killer (NK) cells as an integral membrane glycoprotein anchored through a transmembrane peptide

Mutations in this gene cause cleft lip and palate/ectodermal dysplasia 1 syndrome (CLPED1) as well as non-syndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate (CL/P)

The NRGN gene contains four exons and three introns

A specific translocation event which causes a fusion between this gene and the NUP98 gene has been associated with myeloid leukemogenesis

Porcine Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 1, PAI-1 ELISA Kit, 96T Filtration promotes the synthesis and releaseSerine protease inhibitor. Inhibits TMPRSS7. Is a primary inhibitor of tissue type plasminogen activator (PLAT) and urokinase type plasminogen activator (PLAU). As PLAT inhibitor, it is required for fibrinolysis down regulation and is responsible for the controlled degradation of blood clots. As PLAU inhibitor, it is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and spreading. Acts as a regulator of cell migration, independently of its role as protease
