PUR4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody, 20ul Cellular Function Assays The interaction of this receptor

The interaction of this receptor and its ligand is found to be necessary for amyloid-beta-induced microglial activation

suggesting that these pumps are functionally adapted to the physiological needs of particular cells and tissues

The active| hypophosphorylated form of the protein binds transcription factor E2F1

Expression of the human protein has been detected in uterus

which results in the inhibition of the mammalian target of rapamycin protein

PUR4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody, 20ul Cellular Function Assays The interaction of this receptorPurines are necessary for many cellular processes including DNA replication transcription and energy metabolism. Ten enzymatic steps are required to synthesize inosine monophosphate (IMP) in the de novo pathway of purine biosynthesis. The enzyme encoded by this gene catalyzes the fourth step of IMP biosynthesis.
