Ranger Headquarters Office Type:Acrylic Chemical Storage at Kaga

Chemical Storage at Kaga

its framework catching the flat light of a site that processed dolerite aggregate for almost a century

A grease gun lies where someone left it

dust settled into every grain

in a classroom at Family School Fureai in Yubari

Ranger Headquarters Office Type:Acrylic Chemical Storage at KagaA dust coated desk and lone chair occupy the former office inside Waratah Park's Ranger Headquarters, the 1967 timber frame building constructed for the television production of Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. Forgotten papers remain where they were left, undisturbed since the wildlife park closed in 2006. Part of the Waratah Park series.
