Ideal for Belgian Ales (Blonde, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel Styles) and strong English ales (ex. Imperial Stouts). It is also ideal for New England IPAs. It is a yeast with medium sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.
