Fabulous strapless maxi dress by one of my favorite California girls - designer Joy Stevens

There is one silver bead missing on one sleeve but I moved them slightly and it is not noticeable - I am just being very accurate

A pretty tiered row of ruffles goes down the front highlighted with pretty white buttons

However it is a small flaw and the dress is now priced accordingly and a steal

The skirt is dropped and starts low on the hip and is very full. It has a built in tulle underskirt that creates that dramatic shape! Having it sit so low give the illusion of an even smaller bodice and waist and hip as the ye is tricked to look down. The waist is nipped in but defined by vertical seaming. The buttons are each hand
