It has a ruched bodice with a sweetheart neckline which is gathered at the side seams. There is an attached wide sailor collar that forms the shoulder straps. Depending on how it is styled it can either be a gathered shoulder strap or actually cover the shoulder like a little caplet. The capelet has excess fabric that is stitched at the bottom of the bodice which can be tied into a bow
