This Victorian inspired frock has a high neck. Mother of pearl buttons descend at center front to a wide, smocked waistband. A generous ruffle flounce at the yoke creates a flutter sleeve. Below, the shirred miniskirt falls to a scalloped trim, peaked at each side seam. Shown here in White.
