Constructed of a stiffened, crisp feeling fine woven cotton voile it has pretty lines and a pretty and romantic print. The sleeves are two layers of fabric to make those wonderful flutter cap sleeves. The bodice is kept demure with a simple scoop neck and little detailing of fabric at the neck. Curved seaming defines the waist from which the skirt flows out
