It is made from sculpted ice blue silk taffeta with the most dramatic and large puffed sleeves and shawl collar

The inner dress is currently tacked at one shoulder  and at one side to the exterior dress but you could if you wished undo those few stitches and wear these pieces separately as well

Following the spiral cut are payers of silk that curve and wrap around the body to create fantastical ruffles that fall all the way to the floor

With no tag present it is  of course being sold as an anonymous piece so it is a tremendous bargain
