Made of a semi-sheer silk chiffon it has hearts and strewn all over it and these hearts are made of hand painted thatched and dotted designs that are then covered with silver glitter bits

The interior lining is a red tissue silk that lines most of the interior and runs through the sleeves

The cut is very simple

The skirt closes with fine side zipper and flat hook and eye on the waist band

I love the extravagance of the ruffled bodice and dramatic sleeve

Here we see 4 variations of the dot used to maximum effectiveness. The top portion of the dress is a solid black and sleeveless. This balances out the skirt which is full and to the floor. The original belt holds the 4th dot and I love how they graduate in size and density from the belt to the final
