Garcia Perez Rosado Ancestral Wine variety:Sparkling Beaujolais primeurA petnat made from 100% Moravia Agria, organically grown on sandy clay soils covered in limestone at an elevation of 850m. Vineyards are 40 year old bush vines, located in Manchuela and grapes are hand harvested in early September to preserve freshness. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in small 1,000L plastic vats with manual punchdowns up to 3 times per day until natural settling occurs. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero SO2.
